Exchange & Returns

EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges are available if the product(s) is being bought within 5 days of the online purchase provided the return conditions specified below are met.

  • • Exchanged product must has equal or higher price than item you would like to exchange.
  • • Items returned must be in their unused original condition with all ERASMO item tags attached and any related accessories or instruction booklets included.
  • • Incomplete, damaged, worn, washed, soiled or altered returns, or anything ERASMO reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer. Where an item is supplied with a hygiene strip, the item can only be returned if the hygiene strip has not been removed and remains intact.
  • • The product were purchased online on erasmo.global.
  • • Exchanged product must has equal or higher price than item you would like to exchange.
  • • Defective products are also qualified to exchange if they meet all of our exchange polices above.

Exchanges won't be acceptable on Products being purchased in any Sale promotion.

You will pay for the cost of product exchange. Please contact Customer Service for further details.

RETURN POLICY

  • • Returns will be accepted if the product is defective within 3 days after you receive the product.
  • • Shipping cost for returns are at our company expense.
  • • You must keep the online receipt as proof of purchase to proceed with the return.
  • • If you wish you exchange the product, please contact us via email at support@erasmo.global or send us a private message via ERASMO Official Facebook Page at www.facebook.com/ERASMO.Official

HOW TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE

You can use any shipping carriers to ship the parcel back to us. Please send us an email at support@erasmo.global and we will send you a return form and label that you must include in the package.

a) Place the item(s) in the original shipping box or any other suitable box; (b) Complete the return form and place it in the box (you can request the form by sending us an email at support@erasmo.global); and (c) Attach the return label to the outside of the box and seal the box securely.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS

In certain circumstances, before your order has been dispatched, we may be able to cancel your order. Please Contact Us by phone as soon as possible after placing your order and Customer Service will advise if cancellation is available.

REFUNDS

ERASMO will conduct a refund procedure for you after receiving returned products and reviews product quality. The time to complete the refund procedure at ERASMO is 3-5 working days.
